4 Rotogravure Printing Machines | Web Width - 1200mm

Balaji Multiflex Pvt. Ltd. features a world-class printing infrastructure with four state-of-the-art rotogravure machines, setting new standards in the flexible packaging industry. The setup includes the advanced HELIOSTAR SH from Windmöller & Hölscher, capable of reaching speeds up to 600 m/min while delivering superior print quality across a wide range of substrates, including challenging materials like MDO-PE. This is supported by two Pelican Cerutti R-982 presses, a result of Indo-Italian collaboration, offering speeds up to 450 m/min, wide web handling up to 1300 mm, and energy-efficient drying technology. Additionally, the Pelican Solmark 9-color rotogravure press adds further versatility and vibrancy to the lineup. To reinforce its commitment to sustainable and safe printing, Balaji exclusively uses non-toluene, non-ketone (NTNK) inks, ensuring reduced environmental impact and enhanced workplace safety. This holistic approach underscores Balaji’s leadership in delivering high-quality, eco-conscious packaging solutions.

Extrusion Lamination

5 Extrusion Coating & Lamination Machine

Balaji Multiflex houses five advanced extrusion coating and lamination machines, engineered to produce high-quality, multi-layered packaging. These machines combine extrusion and lamination in a single process, applying protective layers to substrates like paper, film, and foil. The result is packaging with excellent barrier properties, moisture resistance, and durability—perfect for food, beverage, and consumer goods. With high efficiency and customization capabilities, this setup ensures reliable and modern packaging solutions.

9 Solvent Less Lamination / 1 Solvent Based Lamination

Balaji Multiflex is equipped with a robust lamination infrastructure comprising six state-of-the-art solventless laminators from Nordmeccanica, alongside one Comexi, and two Pelican laminators and one super combi 5000 laminator from Nordmechanica. This comprehensive setup supports a wide range of lamination requirements with a strong focus on sustainability and efficiency. The solventless laminators utilize 100% solid, solvent-free adhesives—eliminating the need for drying and reducing VOC emissions—making the process highly eco-friendly and energy-efficient. This technology ensures faster production, superior bond strength, and food-safe packaging, while also enhancing workplace safety by minimizing exposure to harmful solvents.

Slitting Line

6 Non Turret Slitters | 4 Turret Slitters

Additionally, the facility is equipped with six high-speed non-turret slitters & four turret slitters, underscoring its strong technological infrastructure. These machines are engineered for exceptional speed—operating up to 800 meters per minute—and deliver precise, accurate slitting, ensuring superior performance in high-volume packaging operations

Balaji Multiflex is equipped with a dedicated high-performance pouching setup, designed to cater to a wide range of flexible packaging formats. The facility houses three specialized machines, each tailored for precision and versatility: one for center seal pouches, one for stand-up zipper pouches, and one for 3D flat bottom pouches. Supported by our in-house advanced blown film and lamination lines, this setup ensures seamless integration, superior pouch quality, and consistent performance—perfectly aligned with the evolving demands of the modern packaging industry.
