Since our inception in 2002, Balaji Multiflex has grown from a regional packaging facility to one of India’s most respected names in flexible packaging innovation. With a relentless focus on ethics, sustainability, and technological advancement, we cater to a wide spectrum of clients—local startups, national brands, and global leaders.

Our comprehensive in-house capabilities include four rotogravure printing machines, digital printing via HP Indigo 200K, ten lamination lines (including solventless and NTNK systems), four extrusion coating lines, and four blown film lines - all seamlessly integrated to ensure control over quality, cost, and turnaround time. Whether it’s a stand-up pouch, center seal, or flat-bottom 3D bag every solution is engineered to meet modern food safety and branding demands.

At Balaji Multiflex, CSR is not a policy - it is our philosophy. Inspired by the compassionate vision of our Founder Mr. Chandrakant Bhalara and executed under the leadership of Mr. Pranav Bhalara, our social initiatives are designed to create meaningful, lasting change.

We believe our responsibility extends beyond packaging to people and the planet. From supporting shelters for mentally challenged women to constructing a community lake for irrigation and livelihood, our efforts are driven by empathy and purpose. Internally, our employees—whom we call “Our Heroes”—and their families are supported through medical and accident insurance, regular health checkups, safety retreats, and ongoing training.

Sustainability guides our every action. We use green energy, follow zero-emission practices, and ensure every film we produce meets the highest food safety standards without compromising the environment.

The core strength of BMPL is its employees, infrastructure, R&D, cleanliness and hygiene. Thus, committed towards its employees, environment and overall quality of its products as a whole. A dedicated team of 350 employees (as on November 2022) ensures quality ano provides customized solution to its customers. This team is both hard-working and up-to-date with the market trends and takes minutes to be absorbed in new things. Company is abide for the skill development of its employees as well where it conducts timely trainings and knowledge sharing.

Other strengths are infrastructure, RaD, cleanliness, and hygiene. Company has handsomely invested and converted them into its strengths. The infrastructure is designed and deployed by the best-in-class designers of the industry where the company has invested approximately 120 crores. Sooner the company realized importance of R&D laboratory and so invested more than 2.5 crores in setting up the Quality Control Laboratory which includes almost all machines for testing laminate at all levels.
